Products are produced against order - therefor stock is produced close to vintage requirement timings and not from larger Cooperages last seasons stock. Its fresher therefor at its best to reap the rewards you want from the fruit you have carefully tendered up to vintage. Accacia Barrels are only taken from the World leader Tonnellerie Sud Ouest.

14 Years ago I commenced handcrafting Platters & Bowls from Used French Oak Wine Barrels. After being approached by an agent in NY our Platters were released in the NY Gift Fare. Out of 35000 exhibitors our product was found in the top 10 most memorable products. The ends of the barrels are carefully pulled apart cleaned and glued. We then fine sand these and finish off with lashings of local beeswax and extra virgin olive oil. I hand craft the handles and finish these either Blackened in my forge or bright steel. the beauty of these Ploughman Platters lies in the original Coopers Mark burnt into the surface.
Our product lives on stronger than ever and is available direct or through our retailers in NSW and Melbourne.
Recently we commenced to produce Artisan Spanish Refectory Tables using recycled timber from Old Vats and buildings that are demolished. These tables are carefully hand crafted by my Artisan Table Maker & myself producing beautiful pieces that reflect the true Spanish/French or Portugese tables of years gone by.
